Altoona Area School District issued the following announcement.
Altoona Area Junior High School
Student athletes from Altoona Area Junior High School who wish to play FALL interscholastic sports, are required to report for physicals according to the schedule listed below.
Each student must complete and properly-sign PACKET ONE of the physical forms which include the PIAA CIPPE form, Sections 2-6; Parental Authorization form; Medical Information form; Permission to Drug Test form; and Registration form. Forms are located on the AASD Athletics page at www.aasdcat.com. All forms must be returned to the head coach prior to the screening day.
On the day of the exam, athletes should enter Roosevelt Field to register. Facemasks will be required and temperatures will be taken. Registration Fees will be collected on the day of the screening. Athletes unable to attend on their assigned day will need to contact their coach in order to make alternate arrangements. Due to current restrictions, athletes should not attend a session that they are not scheduled. Any questions or concerns, please contact the head coach.

MS: BOYS SOCCER 3:30 PM
MS: GIRLS SOCCER 4:00 PM
MS: GIRLS VOLLEYBALL 4:30 PM
