Of the 500 people living in Byrnedale in 2019, 54.2 percent (271) were women and 45.8 percent (229) were men, according to U.S. Census Bureau data obtained by the Northwest PA News.

Males 18 and over outnumbered females in the same age group by a ratio of 146-to-128. In the 65 and over age range, there were 71 females and 54 males.
