SIGN UP NOW! 

Our Starting Point class will be a 4 week April series specifically designed for beginners looking to gain strength and fitness confidence. We will focus on the introduction of basic strength exercises, practicing quality movement patterns, as well as the foundational structure of every Rebel class. 

The goal is for you to complete the series with the knowledge to take home and use in your own fitness program or to gain the confidence to join other beginners in our regular Wednesday or Thursday night classes.

*Classes will be Tuesday nights in April at 6PM. (April 4, 11, 18, 25)

*Sign up below for your guaranteed spot in all 4 classes. (Attendance is limited to 10 participants.)

*Series costs $40 per person.
