U.S. Representative Glenn "GT" Thompson has announced that his staff will be holding constituent office hours on Thursday, January 18, in Clearfield, Pennsylvania. The office hours will provide an opportunity for residents of Pennsylvania’s 15th Congressional District to meet with staff and seek assistance from federal agencies.
During the office hours, staff will be available to help residents with issues related to federal agencies such as the Social Security Administration, the Department of Veterans Affairs, and the IRS. No appointments are necessary, and residents are encouraged to arrive early as meetings will be conducted on a first-come, first-served basis.
In a statement, Representative Thompson stated, "We want to ensure that our constituents have access to the resources and assistance they need from the federal government. These office hours provide an opportunity for direct, one-on-one communication between residents and our staff."
The office hours will take place at State Senator Wayne Langerholc's Office located at 218 South 2nd Street, Clearfield, PA 16830. The hours will run from noon to 3 p.m. on Thursday, January 18, 2024.
Representative Thompson's office also highlighted that while constituent hours are held at various locations in the 15th Congressional District throughout the year, residents can always contact the offices in Bellefonte and Oil City for assistance. The Bellefonte Office is located at 3555 Benner Pike, Suite 101, Bellefonte, PA 16823, and can be reached at (814) 353-0215. The Oil City Office is located at 217 Elm St., Suite B, Oil City, PA 16301, and can be reached at (814) 670-0432.
Residents are encouraged to take advantage of these office hours to address any concerns or issues they may have with the federal government. The meetings provide an opportunity for direct communication and assistance from Representative Thompson's staff.
No appointments are necessary for the office hours in Clearfield, and all residents of Pennsylvania’s 15th Congressional District are welcome to attend. Representative Thompson's staff is eager to assist and provide the necessary support to constituents. In the words of Representative Thompson, "We are here to listen and help."
