In Warren County 189 inmates were incarcerated in the first quarter of 2023, a 2.1 percent decrease from the quarter before, according to the Pennsylvania Department of Corrections.

Douglas Allen Maruca and Jarred Dale Blauser, 21-year-olds, were the youngest inmates in Warren County in the first quarter of 2023.

Franklin David Williams was the oldest at 75-years-old.

Incarceration rates in Pennsylvania have increased dramatically, imprisoning more than seven times the number of people in 2019 than in 1970.
