National Plant the Promise Project
Members of Youth Council worked with The Armstong-Indiana-Clarion Drug and Alcohol Commission and planted tulip bulbs this week. These bulbs will bloom in April during Alcohol Awareness Month into vibrant red tulips and will serve as a reminder to stay DRUG FREE.
