Altoona Area School District issued the following announcement.
Please complete the form below if you would like to order from the Altoona Area School District Food Program. Five breakfast and five lunch meals will be provided for each child age 18 and under. Food will be distributed on Wednesday each week. A new order form will need to be submitted each week.
This form will be open for orders from 8:00am on September 14th through 10am on September 18th. Orders cannot be accepted after 10am on September 18th.
Meals will be available for picked up at the 13th Street entrance (near the Planetarium) of the Altoona Area High School from 11am until 1pm on September 23rd.
The meals in this program are free as sponsored by the USDA and the Summer Food Service Program; however, if the child is receiving meals during a regularly scheduled school day (Face to Face in building instruction) duplicate meals cannot be provided.
